Prevention is one of the most important ways to deal with otherwise serious health problems. While not everything can be avoided, regular exams and checkups can do a lot of good in the effort to keep yourself happy and healthy. A couple of things you can do include annual PAP smears, breast exams, and STD screening.
In the event that a health issue is discovered, we can give you a referral for mammograms, colonoscopies, and bone mineral density tests. If you need help with more of a lifestyle change, we can give you a referral to someone to help with exercise, nutrition, and weight loss evaluations.
